About the Logo.

The Plum Flower.

This visual logo is in the shape of a plum flower. The plum flower has been loved and commonly used in Japan, just like the cherry blossom.

In the center is a red circle surrounded by a negative space shape of a star. The red circle symbolizes Japan while the star represents the United States.

Each separate curved pedal curves towards the center – which is the hino-maru and star – representing the unity of all of the Japan-interest student groups.
